Great read, but it only asks for your card for default purposes. They don't charge you anything for this book. I can understand why you're all paranoid, the mistakes of some companies make everyone (rightfully) nervous. Chill guyss :)

It will ask for a credit card. You need a Google wallet account to buy things, the credit card this is to also vaeify age. If your just a spoiled little kid, just give it the to your mommy or daddy and stopped complaining.

Geesh.....what hostility from so many people who think there's some mass conspiracy to take their little pennies from their pockets which don't have much in them anyway! The reason a charge card is being requested is because Google has designed their shopping card system to trigger its processes via a credit card.... nothing more... nothing less. So they run a free item as a "no cost" or "zero charge" transaction... like any other transaction. Get a life!
