Yikes. As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD in grade school, I think this book is ridiculously backwards and is written with shame, rather than compassion. This book is extremely sexist. It's basically a guide on how to become a doormat, and focuses on trying to "fix" your ADHD (which, btw, isn't possible), rather than accepting yourself for the neuro-spicy human that you are. We don't need to be "fixed." We need to be accepted. This book is horrible and harmful.
