Cursed Olivia is just wanting to make a difference but the things she has tried so far have not worked out. She carries a secret shame that colors the world around her. Jaxson harbors a secret he has never shared with this family. It makes him reluctant to mate. These two character are burden with secrets that until they share they may not see a future for themselves as it is what holds them back. I have now read this story twice and still enjoyed it. I have voluntarily read and reviewed this book received from the author without obligation to do so.

There were a few times I almost stopped reading. There are parts in the beginning that are written so well and draw you in, only for the moment to be ruined with something cheesy or lame or atleast a lack of elaboration for why things happened that way. I am glad I didn't give up on it though because the story as a whole was satisfying and had me wanting more. Overall it was a good quick read but with a bit of improvement, it has potential to be an amazing one :) I'm off to read the next lol

Great story, nicely built world, but a writing left a little to be desired. Read like a good fanfic more than a solid novel. To elaborate- its better written than Twilight, but not on par with many popular paranormal writers.
