About this ebook

Curl up with this steamy enemies-to-lovers, holiday, fated-mates, monster romance novella by USA TODAY BESTSELLING author Alison Aimes...

Sometimes it’s the monster who saves the girl—after he captures her, of course.

For centuries, I've been dreaming of revenge.

Trapped in a frozen realm I can’t escape, I’m a monstrous deity forced to do someone else’s bidding.

Until one day, I’m set free.

Liberated by an innocent female who, in danger and alone, summons me, unknowingly unleashing me on her world... and her.

So I make her mine.

She thinks I'm a monster. She's not wrong.

But sometimes it takes a monster to vanquish an even darker nightmare.

Now I just need to convince her our demons are a perfect match—before I’m dragged back to my icy prison and I lose her forever.

Gifted to the Beast: A Fated-Mates Captive Romance is a dark fantasy romance short story with themes such as magic, forced proximity, discipline, and a protective, possessive hero who happens to be a monster. The story also has a not-so-innocent heroine, action, unexpected twists, and a dash of humor. There are also references to Christmas and the kind of spice that will put you on Santa’s naughty list.

Fans of Katee Robert, C.M. Nascosta, and Lillian Lark will enjoy Gifted to the Beast.

This story takes turns and twists some might not be ready for, so be advised of the trigger warnings. Klawz is a naughty, naughty male and Holly wouldn't want him any other way! He's her hero and when lewd men come for her with evil intent, her dark nightmare rolled into one. She's a farm girl new to the wonders of the big city and innocent as a newborn fawn and the wolves are on to her scent. But do her innermost thoughts of her dream lover make her a bad girl? Klaws may be kept in a temple but they treat him like a monster. Tortured, starved and in need of blood, his jailers wait until he's at his weakest to bring the "sacrifices" so he's at the whim of his hunger. They want his power but he will be free one day. But it's her who torments him the most. She slips in like none of the others but still out of his reach. It's her he wants to end the most of all. The one he can hear but never see. When he finally sees her, it's only to see others touching what is his! His to punish. His t

Holly is a young naive woman from a Kansas farm trying to start anew in the city. Things are looking dire when the monster from her dreams rescues her. Klawz thinks the worst of Holly, that she’s set to trap her again, until he realises her innate goodness. This story has such wonderful and unique fantastical aspects, including multiple realms and novel fantasy creatures - but at its core, it’s about how good and bad are shades of grey. I loved Holly and Klawz!

I thought I knew what this book was going to be, how it was going to go yet it wasn't it and it didn't. Was a lovely surprise, without giving it all away, really refreshing. Holly was a joy. She has had to fight to survive, then being accused by what appears to be some conjured nightmare does little to steady her. She could be bitter yet she is not, she is amazingly caring. Klawz can't quite believe he is free nor the one responsible is unaware or innocent. He is remarkably forgiving considering.
