Carol 27
I enjoyed this fun and steamy, reverse harem, paranormal romance. Mercury, aka Curie has grown up with full knowledge of the supernatural community – courtesy of her father, a shifter himself. Consequently, none of the strange occurrences in the quirky town of Silver Springs come as much of a surprise to her. Except perhaps, for an unaccountable, visceral attraction to three silver foxes. What in the Goddess is up with that? ... I’m not normally a huge fan of internal musings, but I’ll admit I loved Curie’s X-rated wishful thinking concerning the three men, along with the NSFW sexy scenarios that continuously played out in her head! I also liked the dynamic between the men. They worked and played well together as a team, relying on their personal strengths both in and out of the bedroom... This is a well written, quick read featuring some drama, angst, magic and a few secrets along with intense chemistry and several explicit ménage encounters, but no MM scenes. I received an Advance Reader Copy and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Oooh, so her we have Mercury in Silver Springs and meeting her three mates in the form Silver foxes. Man, I'd love to have been at that concert in SS, I wouldn't even need to get mates, but to see all the spectacle of everyone else getting there's would have been a blast. Anyway, Mercury finds herself in that age old pickle of 'do I hook up with my Dad's buddies or not?' and I am not jealous as she has to fight for the right to be with men she wants. There is a bit of mystery here as we wonder if she is human or something else, as most are in SS. This was a fun read, in a world a love.

I liked reading about Mercury and her mates, and seeing how little parts tied in with previous stories in this series. Mercury has an absent father and and even more absent mother, mates who seem so right for her, but who also have their own hang ups about the whole situation. While these books follow the same format, each character's story is individual and has their own way of getting to that happy ending. A fun read!
