About this ebook

Grab a box of chocolates and brew that perfect cup of tea. This small-town rom-com is the perfect read for your lazy afternoon.

Gabe has always preferred dogs over people. This grumpy veterinarian might have the magic touch with his four-legged friends, but animals of the human variety he doesn’t much tolerate. Especially the perky socialite who keeps at him like a dog with a bone.

Even though she saved the Forever Friends animal shelter, Marla can’t catch a break with the sexy vet who haunts her dreams. If he’s looking at her, he’s scowling. She tells herself she doesn’t need the approval of a man nearly a decade younger than her. She just can’t understand why his disapproval hurts so much.

But when Marla uncovers an illegal dog fighting operation, Gabe will do whatever it takes to protect her, and save the ill-treated dogs. And Marla will discover that his grumpy scowls might have been hiding something other than hate, something that looks a whole lot like love.

Forever Found is a must-read for people who love small-town, older woman/younger man, and grumpy/sunny romances filled with heat and furball humor. It’s perfect for fans of Roxanne St. Clair and Jill Shalvis.

Forever Found, #2 - I'm glad I read this book; it surpasses the first book by a mile. Marla is a trip and she made this story roll. This well written and thought out story has everything. Romance, action, humor, fun and a bunch of good characters, and plenty of animals, too! Less profanity, but more sex. Next book is my second favorite character Dax, after Maddie. Source: Booksprout. 5* Forever Home, #1 - A fun, interesting romance with other stuff. The past, an unscrupulous co-worker, food stealing dog are just some of the things happening in this well written story. Interesting characters, both two- and four-legged, with their stories blended into an entertaining one-sitting read. The only complaint is the use of vulgar language and cursing, which while not frequent, just messed up the flow of the story. The sex scenes were skipped, written sex is so boring, so if any interesting pillowtalk or thoughts occurred, it did not effect the story. Source: Booksprout. 4*

This is book two in the Forever Romance series. It can be read as a standalone but it is connect to book one. You actually get an intro to Gabe and Marla in the first book. Gabe is grumpy to Marla's sunshine, so grumpy that Marla's convinced Gabe hates her. Gabe doesn't trust easily, has very few friends and is still atoning for his past. Marla is friendly, always wanting to help, and the shelter Gabe works at is her latest project. These two are not together but man do they know how to push each others buttons. Steamy, funny, love Gabe and Marla together. Can't wait to read Dax's story next. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
