This is my first book in this series - I had no problem following the storyline however I was missing some of the background of the how's and why's I had a lot of fun with these two so I will be adding the previous books to my tbr pile Tabitha is... I don't know if she is highly intelligent, extremely snarky, or just that daring She didn't Gabriel an inch to woo her Come on the man is older than dirt ... Oh and he kidnapped her Poor Gabriel - He is trying everything to prove he is a good mate Strong - Fierce - Well off But nothing seems to impress his Tabitha She wants more His frustration just made the story twice as entertaining This is a steamy, at times humorous fated mate romance

Oh! This is officially my new favorite Renee Rose and Lee Savino story. Everything about this paranormal romance ticked off all the boxes of what makes for a good story. The cat and mouse games that Gabriel likes to play and then the power plays between him and Tabitha were positively delightful. And I loved how despite everything, Tabitha was so strong and resilient. Can’t leave out the smexy times because those had the addition of being dragon hot. I’m really enjoying this series. The alphas have their tragic sides and I love how Ms. Rose and Ms. Savino creatively match their mate’s characters to them to balance and blend. Everything about this story was enjoyable and I cannot wait to read what comes next.

He waited a 1,000 years and still hadn’t mastered how to woe a woman. Watching Gabriel flounder to figure out how to win his mates heart was priceless. This ancient dragon may have progressed in wealth and technology but Tabitha certainly schooled him in lessons of the heart. I loved Tabitha’s free spirit and inner strength. Her ability to peel back Gabriel’s layers and love the dragon underneath…. I just couldn’t put it down. Renee and Lee have an incredible ability to suck me into their stories and make me fall in love with the grumpiest, growly alpha’s, it’s simply perfection.
