About this ebook

A couple years before the official series, a vampire case comes in at the end of a long shift. James is hopeful when he finds out it's just investigation, they're not expected to actually fight anything tonight. But what do you do when you're out in the dark with an exhausted teammate who's being pulled in too many directions at once? And is the handsome stranger you find out there (whose entire being screams vampire) really a disgruntled Foundation researcher like he claims?

James has had about twenty minutes of training on how to deal with vampires. But he's going to need all of it if they're going to survive this quick investigation trip.

The Lancaster Line is a prequel short story to North County Paranormal Unit, a paranormal workplace series available on most online retailers. This story can be read as a standalone as well.
