The author of this book spent decades delving into the work of great world philosophers and deduced a few laws of success that have been incorporated into this text, that he swore had the capability of replacing libraries of spirituality, philosophy, and self-help books. This book has been segregated into 17 concise and straight-to-the-point chapters that explain how creation, not competition is the hidden key to wealth attraction, in addition to explaining how to overcome mental barriers. The New Science of Getting Rich is based upon what the author refers to as the ‘Certain Way of Thinking,’ a concept derived from the mental healing movement by Phineas P Quimby in the mid-19th century. There are also certain laws that govern the process of acquiring and amassing wealth, and once these laws are learned and followed to the T, a person will prosper with certainty, and how your power to get rich uplifts everyone around you.

Wallace D Wattles, born in 1860, was an American author who was also an advocate of the New Thought Movement. He was raised on a farm in Illinois and worked as a farm laborer. He has also authored The Science Of Being Well.
