Andrew Henry is a fire engine enthusiast, with a particular interest in classic examples used in Britain.

Ronald Henderson has served for five years in the Fire Service and also served for thirty-four years in the Ambulance Service. He has a BSc in Emergency Health Care and is a State Registered Paramedic. As an accomplished emergency services historian he has a huge archive of photographs and technical resources. He is a Member and Past Area Secretary of the Fire Brigade Society and a Member of the National Assocation of Retired Firefighters.

John Toomey, a talented fire engine photographer from New York City, came to the United Kingdom to create a unique photographic record of the diversity of the British Fire Brigades and their appliances before their reorganisation.
