This book is brilliant. Full to the brim with easy-to-read and easy-to-do instructions to work yourself towards an easy-to-reach positive attitude with a smile. More importantly, it caters to the good old Brit-prone negativity. I've worked really hard to have a positive psychology, and this book doesn't tell lies. It's not always possible to be the permanent source of positive energy, light and fluffy happiness, it's knowing that being down or having a bad day isn't a permanent state. Enjoyed it immensely.
