About the author

He has hosted and produced a number of TV fitness and sports shows. He is also a trainer with the World Boxing Council. Jamie Dumas is coauthor of five books on boxing and fitness. She holds a degree from the University of Waterloo in Kinesiology and is a former ballet dancer and renowned fitness coach.
