I have to say that "Larry the Lamp" turned out to be an adorable and educational book that captured my son's attention with engaging storytelling and vibrant illustrations. Andy Fox did a wonderful job of keeping this story entertaining while subtly educating children about life lessons such as manners, friendship and more. What I liked about the story is that it has an upbeat, catchy writing style that just makes you want to smile and keep reading long after Larry the Lamp and Alfred's fun adventure is over. It's well-written with a smooth tone and a fast-pace that just bounces from scene to scene and drawing the eye and ear of both kids and parents alike. Overall, this was an adorable little tale that was equal parts entertaining and educational, making for a perfect bedtime story for my son and I.
