I received this ARC for my honest review. Maverick and Cricket. I loved them but also kinda hated Maverick. I wanted to shake him at times but that's a good thing! They were both so stubborn and just perfect for each other. I loved how protective he was with everyone, especially his girls. It was great to 'see' the rest of the family too. It can be read as a stand-alone but you will want to dive into the whole series.

The author has taken us back to the Ryder Ranch to spend some time with our friends and to introduce us to some new ones. Maverick and Cricket had promised each other that they were forever. However, Cricket left town and broke his heart. When she returns to help her parents, not everyone is happy to see her. Will they continue to hate each other or will this be a second chance for them? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

These books truly keep getting better than the previous one. Following the amazing characters and their stories one by one. This novel follows Maverick and Cricut. Their story takes place after cricket returns to their hometown many years after leaving Maverick with a broken heart and no reason why she left. This is one sweet, sexy, sad and totally addictive book. I really recommend reading all the books in the series. They are so good. 5stars.
