A Knight To Remember

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. In this book we meet Peyton Elliot & Colin Ryan. Peyton is out with her date at the Eros Club. Little did she know that the date her best friend has set her up on would try and rape her that was until her knight in shinning armor came to her rescue. Peyton doesn't believe in love but does want to spend more time with Colin. Colin doesn't believe in love after being left at the alter by the last woman he thought he would spend forever with. But there is something about Peyton that has the Ryan curse clicking in. Can these two find a HEA or will there just be to many hurts between them for that to ever happen? Another hit out of the park by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I enjoyed this book. The story was just the right blend of fun, hot, sweet and emotional to give me some delightful feels and some nice swoon. I liked Peyton and Colin. They were kind of cute together and I liked their chemistry. I am independently posting an impartial review.

Peyton is a sculptor who has literally pulled herself up from nothing. She survived the kind of childhood no child should have to. Colin saves her from a terrible blind date, and they begin a relationship from there. Colin is the fourth of the Ryan siblings to feel the Ryan click. A now reformed playboy, he soon knows she is the one, but Peyton does not believe in love. By the time she realizes that all this good wooing has made her fall in love with him, it may not be enough to save them. To call Peyton fierce would be an understatement. She literally embodies strength. Colin does not show his true self to most people, but he bares his heart to Peyton. The two of them together have incredible chemistry. While this is part of a series, it can stand alone. To be honest, though, the series is best read in order. This is an easy recommendation, and well worth the one click.
