The author Dr.Chippagiri Gnaneswar is a qualified and reputed Aquaculture Consultant since 1991, doctorate and also honoured as "Father of Blue Revolution in India" due to his vast experience, service to the farmers and for bringing out the Blue Revolution in India. He has also delivered lectures on Aquaculture through Television media (Etv 42, Delhi Doordarshan 8, Sakshi 2 progams).
