He is the author of several books, including Advanced Media Arabic (first and second editions), Advanced English-Arabic Translation: A Practical Guide (co-authored), Contemporary Arab Broadcast Media, How to Write in Arabic, Essential Skills in Arabic: from the Intermediate to the Advanced (co-authored).
