I really enjoyed how Sasha and Matilda were great friends before their marks appeared. Even with this foundation, they still communicated and didn’t just assume that they knew what the other was thinking or wanted. Crescent Lake is becoming one of my favorite shifter series and I always enjoy revisiting it.

It was fun reading another book based around Cresent Lake. Matilda and Sasha run into each other again after Matilda returns to the area. Matilda wants to see if she can find her mate after being gone for around 10 years or so. I loved reading about these 2 characters and seeing if after all this time there was still a connection between them.

found it to be a touchingly sweet 2nd chance shifter romance. Just loved how the 2 main characters ended up finding each other after 10 years apart. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
