I’ve only ever been in love once. She ripped my heart out when she dumped me and married another player in the league.

After a perfect night with Charlotte and an incredible first date, my disastrous ex-girlfriend shows up on my doorstep in the middle of the night.

I shouldn’t let her in. I ought to chase her away, but it’s the two-foot blue-eyed little boy that has me awestruck.
