This is a really interesting book on a very specialised subject area. It is really well written and illuminating. As a solicitor, law lecturer and someone with an interest in intellectual property law I would without doubt recommend this book to legal practitioners in the field of intellectual property law and to those people with an academic and practical interest in art and the law. I will be recommending this book to my students.
