Honestly one of the best light novel i had read in a while. It is skillfully written and translated. Usually the second life in a less advance world setting gets boring fast, since the challenges are more or less the same and chars are rather one dimensional. With this novel, it is written in a way that Mayne new world expands slowly and once you get use to one layer, another opens up. Same with the characters. They are multi dimensional. And you will end up wanting to learn more about their pov.

This is pretty much where the Season 2 of the anime ends (if we're not to include the conversation Ferdinand had with Karstedt, the Leader of the Order of the Knights). I had not provided any text with my reviews from the past volumes since pretty much I already know what will happen, thus the emotion I should feel on a first read is not there. Is there a part which I wish was in the anime? Hmmm... Not that much, to be honest. Although, I did enjoy seeing the perspectives of the people around Myne emphasizing how weird she is in that world. And you'll get to understand their thought process, paricularly those who aren't often with Myne, such as the Merchant's Guild Guildmaster.

After reading through the entire series once already, reading this volume the second time around was even more emotional. Especially the Epilogue after knowing Ferdinand's perspective from volume 33. This is an amazing series and really tugs at your heart strings.
