Astral Projection Made Easy

I bought this book simply because I hoped to learn something new. It was nothing at all to do with what the title promoted which was really annoying. I have read a lot on the topic of astral projection and I must say that I was completely disappointed with this book. The information provided contained little of anything new that I hadn't already read online and through my own research. There was too much talk about other people's astral projection accounts throughout most of the short book which I had already read, for example Sylvan Muldoon and Carl Jung.) The only new information is a some of the authors own experiences which was of no value to beginners. There was also too much talk of fear involved which is a turn off to a novice. Astral projection is completely safe for anybody who is interested to try it.

The book itself is very personal and contains a lot of personal experiences and others. However the actual techniques are a few pages in the end of the book and even that references Robert Monroe's work. I believe the author means well but I cannot grasp what the author is talking about personal references or want to show how to astral project/travel.

Its so intersting and the way of words used to describe astral projection by author is awesome
