About the author
Hans Dominik wurde 1872 in Zwickau geboren und starb 1945 in Berlin. Er war Ingenieur und Wissenschaftsjournalist, Dramaturg für Kurzfilme und arbeitete später als freier Schriftsteller. Schon bald wurde er durch seine vielgelesenen Zukunftsromane zum gefeierten Erfolgsautor.
