I am very disappointed with the presentation of this e-book. Trying to use the text as a reference in conjunction with the software is almost impossible ~ index to page link in not a feature for ease of use for learning process. Must read entire chapter of presentation and then cannot go back to page or referece when trying to use it as an aid.
