The word FAT is viewed negatively when it comes to describing people, especially those who look like they are overweight.
When researching the word “fat,” I found out it is a unique form of energy and serves many different purposes in the body. However, too much of anything is not good, particularly when it comes to our health.
I have taken the word and made an acronym of F.A.T. and developed a concept for positive energy, purpose and change for life, if you are willing to confront self—large or small.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
For years now, I have been privileged to observe Dorcas and her transformation. She speaks of “being broken in many pieces” and tells of her healing process, but to have been privy to it firsthand allowed me a front row seat to God and His magnificence in her life.
