この電子書籍について

Balancing the Scale By: Caesar Rondina   Balancing the Scale is an exploration of the different types of time: the time you see on the clock, and the time kept by your body internally. “We don’t think about time in its true sense,” Rondina writes, “because frankly, it scares us. Our fear is not so much about time itself, but what time represents.” Rondina explores how your body-clock time is finite and offers his own lifetime of wisdom learned throughout his career as a paramedic, to drive home his advice for finding balance, improving quality of life, and enjoying what time we have here on Earth.
