Nel corso di una gita scolastica, Emma, una bambina di soli cinque anni, si smarrisce in un bosco e gli insegnanti si mettono alla sua ricerca. Mylène, la giovane maestra di Emma, trova la piccola in una voragine ma nel tentativo di salvarla si ferisce e rimane imprigionata a sua volta.
