BATMAN/SUPERMAN/WONDER WOMAN: TRINITY tells the remarkable tale of the turbulent first encounter of the world's most iconic heroes. When Batman's greatest nemesis, Ra's al Ghul, recruits Bizarro and an Amazon warrior to aid him in his plan to create global chaos, the Darknight Detective suddenly finds himself working with the Man of Steel and the Amazon Princess. Looking to thwart the madman's plot to simultaneously destroy all satellite communications as well as all of the world's oil reserves, Earth's greatest heroes reluctantly band together. But if Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are to have any hope of stopping Ra's' nuclear missile assault, they will first need to overcome their own biases and reconcile their differing philosophies.

Acerca del autor
Born and educated in Pennsylvania, Matt Wagner has enjoyed a career in comics for 25 years. His first published work introduced what would eventually become one of the mediumÍs most respected creator-owned characters: the mastermind assassin Grendel. Though he is best known for the various Grendel titles as well as his more personal and allegorical heroic saga Mage, Wagner has also worked on a variety of established characters, including an acclaimed re-imagination of the original Golden Age Sandman, which he developed and wrote for the Vertigo title SANDMAN MYSTERY THEATRE. In addition, following his two successful Grendel/Batman crossovers (DEVILÍS BONES and DEVILÍS DANCE), Wagner has also written and drawn a three-issue Prestige Format miniseries starring Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, entitled TRINITY, and a year-long Batman project comprising two miniseries, collectively titled DARK MOON RISING, that chronicles some of the earliest aspects of the Dark KnightÍs career.
