About this ebook

How do people from 2,000 years ago relate to today? You will be amazed at how close you come to many if not all of the people and events that will be explored in this devotional. They may even be part of your life today

Pearl committed her life to Jesus Christ when she was entering middle age and involved in Bible study with women who taught her the Bible.

Her life seemed to be in shambles; her marriage was in shambles, and she felt in her heart there was something missing. She attended a womans conference and gave her life to Christ. The chaos began to fall away; Christ came in and gave her the desire and the heart to face what was wrong, transform a marriage that was ending, face tragic childhood issues, and turn them into testimonies for the Lord.

About the author

Pearl has a BSBA/MBA, so education is important. As a new Christian she gathered all the information she could and began to delve deep into God’s Word. One lesson she learned was that you can get lost in the information; another was to ask God for direction and to question when something did not settle. Whenever questionable information came up, she asked God to direct her to go deeper or move on.

After ten years of God building a new person from the inside out, Pearl began teaching the Bible in a way the Spirit inspired—turning yesterday’s lessons into today’s reality. She felt others would benefit from testimonies on what God did in people’s lives. This would offer an avenue of hope, awareness, and help to others.

Pearl and her husband live in the Southeast. Both are involved in the Dynamic Joy ministry, as well as motorcycle ministry.

Nothing you do eliminates you from becoming the person God meant you to be.
