I truly enjoyed reading this short but intriguing shifter novella, the plot is well-written & intriguing with unique characters. It is about: a business man & lion shifter (Vince Ashton) who is determined to tear down a historical building in small town a to make way for his condos but after receiving a scathing letter from a Ms June, he decides to confront her not realizing that they have met before. There is: a lion shifter, a feisty human female, drama, coincidence, memories, verbal conflict, manipulations, secrets, discovery, determination, love happiness, some steam & a HEA.

I'm loving this short stories Vince and June were great characters and the storyline was good I am a little dissapointed that a part of the story didn't have when Vince met his son for the first time that is my only disappointment. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.
