A wonderful, enjoyable & entertaining quick-read shifter romance. The plot is quite intriguing & the characters have good chemistry with realistic emotions. It is about: a young woman (Lara) who quite content with her simple life but things get complicated when a dangerous man (Kean) who happens to be a werebear, gets her involved in some dangerous situations. There is: bear shifters, humans, a secret shifter cult, FBI, a kidnapped baby, some twists, intrigue, confrontations, action, adventure, deceit, betrayal, conflict, violence, discovery, attractions, declarations, some steam, love, & a interesting happy conclusion.

I enjoyed reading this short story, it has a good storyline 👍. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is great, I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
