In this short publication we explore the considerations, challenges, and tools necessary to use Agile project management techniques in rapidly changing, short cycle, virtual environments. The material was developed for global organizations that have existing Waterfall (PMBOK sequential) processes and expertise, and are looking to add in Agile competence, and become more agile as an organization.
Over de auteur
I have over 44 years of global experience across a variety of business sectors including medical, infrastructure and utilities, finance, and manufacturing with over 400 organizations. My last full time job was running a Japanese trading company in Tokyo. I have experience in 84 countries, and have lived in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Germany, Brazil, and part time in the UK, Singapore, India, and Spain.
I have done corporate training for hundreds of organizations like the UN, Nestle, the NSA, and ZTE. Currently I'm a visiting professor at University in Malta, Germany, Mexico, the US, and Brazil. I also do public speaking globally, and have authored nine books, and numerous articles.
