About the author

David Ford and Ben Turofsky are the flavour- and food-obsessed duo behind Wingmans. They set up a streetfood stall in 2015 and have since gone on to win multiple UK and EU awards. They have built up a cult following through iconic partnerships and appearances including a collaboration with the Gordon Ramsay Group at Bread Street Kitchen, and as annual wing provider for the NFL International Series at Wembley and Twickenham. They also regularly pop up at Glastonbury, British Summer Time, Big Feastival, Winter Wonderland, Notting Hill Carnival, Taste of London and Standon Calling. They opened the UK’s first ‘Authentic Wingery’ – Wingmans – in Kilburn in 2018.
