It is a great shortcut to get to know Russell's views on social matters. I must say I expected this to be a collection of essays or whole chapters on certain topics, while in fact it is a collection of fragments sometimes as short as one paragraph. Because of that, there is no flow of argument, just loose thoughts arranged by topic. It may inspire you to read more, though, and help choose what exactly, as the sources are referred.
