Margaret was killing everyone that had used her mother’s powers or ignored her because she wasn’t able to save her. Daphne was the last one to kill but she was afraid of her powers but when her and Stanford bonded her powers got stronger with his powers because he was a powerful shifter. They bested the witch and took their town back, Margaret had evil plans for the people in the town. A great book with quite a bit of action!

This story picks us up with Daphne returning and trying to keep herself away from Stanford to keep him safe. She freaked out after what happened to him in a previous book. She is being tasked with the keeper of Willow Haven and needs to find it within her heart to accept all that she is and all that she can be with him by her side. Will she before time runs out? Loved this story and watching Daphne finally break the chains of the past.

Beth grew up in West Virginia but now resides in North Carolina with her husband and two children. She has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and previously worked as a quality assurance computer software tester. Reading has been her favorite activity for as long as she can remember and her home has more books than shelves to store them. While being a full-time parent, she is pursuing a writing career.
