About the author

Bethie (Elizabeth) Hungerford is an American and British mother of two who loves singing, travelling, crafting and cooking. She was born and raised in a small farming town north of Seattle in Washington State and spent eight years in Washington, D.C. before moving to London. On her Instagram account, @hungermama, she shares everything from recipes to interior decorating. Bethie is also the host of the podcast ‘Friends with Recipes’ where she goes into people’s homes and has them cook their favourite recipe for her. She is also a professional singer, specialising in Renaissance and Early Baroque Music. Hungerpots is her first book.
