Accessible ingredients, but I don't like the amount of recipes requiring premade mixes, like Bisquick. So many recipes require this and I feel they could have written the recipe so you could sub your own flour mixture easily. I don't buy bisquick. I use flour milled recently and from local sources. Shopping small and local is almost inflation proof as well. I would never buy this at full price. On sale, it's ok. At least a few recipes are worth trying.
