PORN WARNING: Had the potential to be an interesting story, but way to sexually explicit and graphic. If you cut out all the raunchy sex scenes, there wouldn't be much left. It's a shame, though. I think this author has talent, but is too much like those comedians who are okay settling for uncomfortable laughter from overuse of swear words and dirty jokes.

I really enjoyed the storyline in this book. One New York fantasy painter is destined to be the savior of the paranormal world. Raised as a human, she, naturally, has no awareness of her history, her fate or her future.In order to save the world, she as an all-powerful druid witch, must mate and bond-body, heart and soul- with a fae, a warlock, a guardian of the underworld, a blood vampire and a wolf shifter, giving her a reverse harem of 5 lovers Shades of Laurell Hamiliton! This first in a trilogy introduces us to her dilemma and gives us a chance to meet-and learn to love- the first 3 suitors. The others are given a "lick and a promise," presumably to be filled out in the remaining 2 books. She is given some adventures, promising a wild ride and hot sex as she goes about.saving the world. It is altogether a compelling and tantalizing read for lovers of supernatural fantasy.

Good story, alot of suspense. Love the drama with the characters, but i hate the cliffhanger at the end. What I dont understand is that this story was short but good, and the next two in the series are just as short, but we have to pay for them? I seriously dont get it but oh well a good story nonetheless.
