At age 29 I ws prescribd Statins to lower my cholesterol levels. It wasn't that I ws unwell. I ws absolutely fine. Regular to gym. Did Cardio thrice a week. But a lipid profile test b4 a govt job revealed me 2 have high cholesterol levels. Quite baffling! Just kept wondering hw cud a healthy person like me hv high cholesterol levels. Still at d age of 33 my cholesterol levels r high and I m taking Statins. After reading this book, I m going to stop taking Statins nd change my diet as prescribed in the book!
