Who would take care of those abused children and prevent them to become ferocious abuser? Only when one realizes there is a problem, then the possibility of solving the problem could exist. When everyone turns a blind eye to a problem, then soon or later everyone will become a victim of the problem or part of the problem. Maybe one extra word or look will extinguish the crime. As a human, we should at least try no to become an indifferent person, no matter who small our power we might have, just like a the original streams of great river, if many tiny things come together, we should and might prevent the tragedy.
