I have followed this series faithfully through and enjoyed every single wild minute of it! Edie Spence has been finding herself in trouble constantly since trying to do well for her brother by ensuring his sobriety in exchange for working as a nurse on Y4. Being introduced to the world of paranormal has been an adventure to say the least! Edie has a strong personality and Alexander really draws you in to Edie, making you wish you could reach through the pages and help her. This is such a great paranormal series with so many different characters throughout. I don't want to give too much away since this is book 5, but if you're interested in paranormal mystery, fantasy with a bit of romance mingled in, then pick up the Edie Spence series! Thank you to Booksirens for my ebook!

Eddie has a knack of getting into the worst possible trouble. Bound as a daytimer to the violent, ruthless vampire, Raven in order to save her and her unborn child from an incurable virus is just the start. His other vampires are equally unpleasant and then there are the other daytimers who also appear to want her dead. And then things get unbelievably worse. Just like the rest of the series this is an absolutely all consuming story. If you only read one series this year you should absolutely make it this one!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ummmm… Wow. This book took us deeper than ever before into the inner workings of vampire society. And where Edie lands, is a more brutal, less forgiving place than I’d ever imagined. (And I say that knowing what Anna, Edie, and even Asher have been through before.) The story picks up immediately where the last book left off and the action, suspense, and tension don’t let go even until the finish. This book brought all kinds of new complications into Edie’s life and I can’t wait to find out more
