About the author
Bob Merritt (PhD, Penn State University) has been senior pastor at Eagle Brook Church, a multi-site church with six locations around the Twin Cities, Minnesota, since 1991. With 18,000 in average weekend attendance, Eagle Brook is the largest church in the upper Midwest. Bob and his wife Laurie have two adult children and a dog named Blue.
