My goal is to have a total control over my mind. This book has helped me achieved this goal. Sometimes you never understand the importance of mental health until I begin to work on myself. My anxiety is gone and I'm beginning to exercise my new found confidence and self esteem in my workplace and personal relationships. I recommended this book to my sis and she couldn't stop talking about it. We share ideas and practices on how to stay on top.

This books provides a guide for anybody dealing with depression and lack of motivation. Sometimes life turns us into robots and we become unhappy with ourselves and the choices we made. All you need is an insight like this to figure out exactly what is going on and how to deal with anxiety and depression. The book is easier to assimilate and I go through it every morning in order to find a reason to push forward.
