About this ebook

Humanity has fallen from its once majestic place amongst the stars. Desperate for resources to prop up an aging galactic dynasty, humans seize every planet they find, exterminating their alien inhabitants.

Across the empire, a group of dissidents come together through happenstance. As they learn more, however, they sense a strange force directing their lives. Can they discover the truth before the empire destroys them?

Dispatched to subdue an uprising, a government operative unearths an ancient relic. It somehow knows everything about him, even his darkest secrets. The strange device promises extraordinary power, but can he trust it?

The first book in a four part saga, Breakers of the Dawn is epic science fiction, featuring a diverse cast of characters. It’s easy to read, but hard to put down. If you enjoy Dune, The Expanse, or Ender’s Game, you’ll love the Dawn Saga!

This is the first book I have reviewed. Naming a race 'Entho-la-ah-mines' was a mistake. Ashamine is fine. Why you chose such a mouthful, when it's repeated so many times, is beyond me. It's such a challenging name to say and sounds wrong. So I took to shortening it but that's racist according to another book in the series. I can't get my head around that so I didn't finish the book.

after drawing you in so you are totally absorbed in the plot, it ends abruptly and too early. in the story. well crafted original plot and excellent storytelling reminiscent of kevin anderson and brian herbert's contributions to the dune universe.

Good story once all the pieces start to fall into place. Hate that it is not a complete story.
