deeply interesting and easy to grasp the topics and what is being looked at. more for those with interest in developing experiences through various exercises though than complete beginners to spirituality. in my view a very good book.

Dr Brenda Davies is Consultant Psychiatrist and Director of Women's Services at Charter Nightingale. She is also a member of the Federation of Spiritual Healers, the International Healing Group and belongs to the Doctor-Healer network. She holds regular workshops on healing and includes many celebrities among her clients.
