While the book may be great, the system behind it is horrible. First, my fault that I did not check the Family Library status. However, being a book for students, it’s more likely that I’m going to purchase for my child than they are. So I buy the school required book and find I can’t share it. Nope. So, why not return for refund and then purchase under my child’s account. No refund. Not allowed. Never mind I only had the book for a couple of minutes at this point. And to put it further in perspective, the original book can be added to Family Library AND in the introduction of the book it starts by saying, “maybe a parent bought you this book.” Really?!?!?
