About this ebook

To win the battle against good and evil, she has to get back with her ex.

After centuries of entanglement and heartbreak, Queen Kerainne Leonine and Prince Lucian Jagwolfe are forced back in proximity with each other.

To make matters worse, Kerainne's daughter, a queen in her own right, is demanding both sides of the story. If it were possible for a luminite to truly die, revisiting the pain of losing her lover, her sister, and her whole kingdom just might kill her. To further compound her torture, Lucian is back in her world, joining the war against the Evil One. Seeing him every day makes her long for the passion they'd shared.

Lucian's clan has been seeking a Jagwolfe-Leonine marriage alliance for over two-thousand years. But all he ever cared about was Kerainne. Her stubborn refusal to wed him and join him in the safe world of Luminista broke his heart when her kingdom was razed by the Evil One and she was forced to birth an abomination.

But now Kerainne's daughter doesn't seem so bad, as she's the key to destroying her evil father, willing hear his side of the story, and a tool to get closer to the woman he loves. He's been tasked with the impossible mission of convincing the realm of Luminista to join the war. But Lucian will do anything to win Kerainne back.

As the war against the Evil One ramps up, can these winged immortals mend fences in time to forge crucial alliances and rekindle a love for the ages?

I love this series and this particular story (it really answered some questions) and so I gave it five stars. That being said, there were way too many typos and dropped words for a series this mature. Someone dropped the ball on the editing. Do better!
