I liked this book. I've got to be honest, it kind of seemed to me like this book was a mashup of many different things but for me anyway, the combination worked. I felt this read was a combination of contemporary romance, HGTV and rom com with an added dash of Hollywood cautionary tale. Shelby and Cameron will have you falling and falling hard as their funny, heart melting and epically swoon worthy romance gives you a wicked case of The Feels. This is my independent, freely posted review.

I voluntarily agreed to read and honestly review this book. To me this story shows how two people can take what should have been and changing it into what can be. It shows us that with the communication lines being open, speaking truthfully and honestly to each other, you can build the relationship you both want to have. It reminds me of that ages-old adage: Speak from your heart.

Built to Last by Erin Hahn was a second chance romance for Shelby Springfield and Cameron Riggs who met as children on a popular television show.
