Illustrator and author of numerous of kidsâ books, Oksana Ignaschenko, was born on Septemper 5, 1960 in Kiev. In 1984 she graduated from National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture. The member of the National Union of Artists and the participant of international exhibitions.
