This book was ok, normally I absolutely love C.D. Gorri reads, something was just missing on this one. I wasn't feeling the chemistry and the whole story felt rushed. I read through it twice just to make sure I wasn't in a weird mood. So it was decent enough to give another read, and I would read again in the future, it just isn't up to her normal level. I did love the characters, especially the best friend and how she pushed, supported, and believed in Charity. There is definitely some steam in this read also, which I always love! I will still continue to purchase and support her books as she has so many more fabulous reads!!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Some misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and miscommunications pose some challenges to this sweet shifter fated mates holiday quickie. Lovely Christmastime read with a side of heat.
